lan Plumley is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer with over 30 years’ experience delivering residential, mixed-use and destination developments across the UAE and UK. Based in the Middle East for more than 18 years, he has worked across the GCC, UK, Asia, India and Africa, leading projects from concept to completion. His expertise covers development strategy, commercial performance and international sales distribution, working closely with development, finance and investment teams to deliver projects with strong operational performance and long-term asset value.
Neil Rollason is a former Deputy Director at HM Revenue & Customs in the UK with more than 39 years of experience in financial governance, regulatory oversight and project due diligence. During his civil service career he oversaw complex financial matters involving projects valued in the hundreds of millions across multiple areas of the UK tax system. He brings deep expertise in compliance, structured processes and financial controls, supporting transparent governance and disciplined operational oversight.
Nick Rowles-Davies is a solicitor admitted in England and Wales (1994) and the British Virgin Islands (2009) with more than two decades of experience structuring institutional investment platforms across multiple jurisdictions. Author of three legal works including a litigation finance text published by Oxford University Press, he founded his first global investment platform in 2010 and later held senior leadership roles at the world’s largest firm in the sector. He currently serves as CEO of a global investment and funding platform with offices in Dubai and London.
Ben Posener is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department at Asserson with more than twenty years’ experience in commercial and insolvency litigation. His work focuses on high-value High Court disputes, including major claims involving financial institutions and large-scale fraud proceedings exceeding £200 million. Previously Partner and Head of Disputes at Ackroyd Legal, he is known for his strategic approach to complex commercial litigation and risk management.
Robert Barker is an award-winning Managing Director with extensive experience delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use construction projects. His career spans refurbishment, permitted development and traditional construction, with senior roles at Everist Group, AG Thames Group and Viridor PLC. He specialises in programme delivery, cost control and operational management, leading teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
